Spent yesterday flat on my back, sick all day, unable to keep anything down or in. Here’s hoping today is better, or I’m heading to urgent care for fluids.

Decided I needed more sun, moved my chair to the front walkway. I can sit for 20 minutes at a time, so looking up at the view frequently as I stand and move around.
The local coffee shop changed tea cups to a clear mug. I suspect the previous cups were too fragile for commercial use, and while lovely, broke frequently.
